No excuse for crashes when its a $50 app.

I have this app for 2 years and I think that its probably the best in the market for what it does.
However, last month that released an update that crashes the app for thousand of users. The up was down for a whole week. The new update fixed the crutches and now its working fine.
This is a professional app. Im using it for professional work and Im depending on it to work in my setup. So does many of my friend.
Im sorry but there is no excuse for this app to be down for a whole week. especially for as much as they charging for it.
